Step 1MeasureMeasure 56g or about 8 tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee. For freshest results we recommend you grind right before you brew. Step 2PrepBoil water to about 205°F. Rinse the French Press with warm water. Begin boiling your water – enough to fill up the French Press. Step 3BrewAdd the freshly ground beans to the French Press and start your timer for 4:00 minutes. Fill your French Press only halfway at first to saturate all of the coffee grounds. After minute 1:00, use a spoon to stir the coffee and then continue pouring water up to the top. Place the top on and allow to brew without pressing. Step 4PressAt minute 4:00 you are ready to press.
