Giving back

Education

There is a well-known saying that without knowledge, people perish. Guatemala is a country rich with opportunity. The natural wealth and immense beauty of the country are without equal. Yet Guatemala is a third-world country where people die every day of malnutrition, bad hygiene, lack of clean water, and no access to affordable health care. Why is that? Guatemala ranks as second worst in education, second only to Haiti.. Here at Inn Kapeu, we believe that the sustainable solution to a better tomorrow for our partners, their families, and Guatemala is through education. This is why we give to the Schools of Inn Ministries that have been established for over three decades to provide quality education and pay a fair trade value for all our products so that our partners can give their families a better tomorrow.

Sharing Knowledge

Here at Inn Kapeu we have the opportunity to work alongside world class leaders and missionaries. Together they provide a diverse worldview on how to make business more sustainable, ethical, and productive. Together, they work closely with our partners to share their knowledge and learn from our partners to help increase their business and quality of life.

Future Leaders

Through our partnerships with the schools and businesses, we strive to create a clean, safe, and fun work environment where we invite your interns to come and learn what it means to lead an ethical business that cares for people, gives back to its community, and keeps an eye to the future.
